Today we see the culmination of a very special week, Max’s week.  All around the world the Maximize Life Movement seems to be in full activity:

This week, Bollywood’s royalty, Salman Khan, added his message to the Tribute Wall: “Anyone who throws a cancer patient out of his job will be thrown out of this world by the Lord above!!”

With Salman’s help plus others, we reached the 5,000 tributes mark, and we are now halfway through our goal of 10,000 signatures to the World Cancer Declaration.

Our Open House at the Global Office in Edmonds, Washington was a success with more than 70 toys donated by the local community for children undergoing cancer treatment.

These events and more remind us that the power to make a difference lies inside each of us, and that together we are a force to be reckoned with.

We are pleased to share some of the most amazing moments from the week through photos coming from different corners of the world, from Uruguay, to Uzbekistan, the Philippines and beyond.

Thank you Salman and thank you Pat for posting his short but loaded message. Celebrities have God-given and audience-given charishma to make the world aware and sensitise people about health-issues. It will be a powerful boost to the cancer care, when more celebrities would join the ranks of Salman Khan to spread the words and initiatives started by THE MAX FOUNDATION :))
