Are donations to The Max Foundation tax deductible?
Yes! The Max Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation. If you need to request a past receipt, please reach out to fundraising@themaxfoundation.org.
Can I donate by personal check?
Absolutely. Please make checks payable to The Max Foundation and mail to 1448 NW Market St., Ste. 500, Seattle, WA 98107. If you are supporting a specific event or fundraiser, please indicate the name in the check’s Notes section, or, fill out our Cash or Check Donation Form to include with your donation.
