Breakthrough Cancer Care Commitment
At the Clinton Health Initiative in New York City on September 24, The Max Foundation and its partners announced a breakthrough cancer care commitment to double their impact and reach 100,000 patients annually by 2030.
Accelerating health equity
At The Max Foundation, we deliver medication, technology, and services to patients facing cancer and other critical illnesses, focusing our energy on those no one else is helping.
We believe that we can prevent unnecessary suffering and premature death – and because we can, we must.

Revolutionizing treatment access
Since 1997, The Max Foundation has served more than 100,000 people living with cancer worldwide. Together with our partners, we provide access to life-extending medication in over 80 countries – at no cost to patients, for as long as they need it.

Creating practical solutions
Our team is involved in every step of the process, from working with pharmaceutical companies to providing one-on-one support for patients, which allows us to identify and address possible barriers. One of these solutions is our in-house, real- time patient management system that allows us to track each person’s treatment lifecycle.

A holistic approach to treatment
The Max Foundation and its partners provide more than medicine. That includes transportation vouchers, education assistance, helping set up patient support groups, connecting people with resources in their area, and more.

Working together to strengthen health systems
Effective partnerships are the best way to ensure people receive a timely diagnosis and effective treatment. Our network includes hundreds of healthcare professionals and medical institutions.

Support Women Living With Advanced Breast Cancer
From training healthcare professionals to providing transportation vouchers so women can visit the hospital, our breast cancer partnerships are proving that comprehensive care is possible in low-resource settings. Launched in 2023, the program now supports over 600 people in 12 countries.
Breast CancerOur Impact
A Ripple Effect
Helping just one person living with cancer can impact entire communities.
I am now living a normal life and enjoying my cycling, and gardening, and forgetting about CML, I only remember that I am a patient when it’s time to take my medication.

Take Action
We wouldn’t be able to do this work without the generosity and compassion of our donors. We need your support to continue helping those no one else is.
