Max GPS is The Max Foundation’s Patient Navigation Program in the United States that supports patients, families and caregivers who are affected by cancer. We are committed to serving all patients, especially patients from medically underserved communities in Washington state, including those from refugee and migrant populations. Max GPS will launch in Washington State this year before expanding nationally.
Our Patient Navigation service is free and confidential for patients, families, and caregivers in Washington State. We can help you:
- Find a doctor
- Schedule appointments
- Request interpreter services
- Arrange transportation or lodging
- Seek financial assistance
- Find disease education resources
- Find support groups, classes and other programs
